Greg is a proud Masterton local who brings over 20 years of leadership experience to AT Roofing. After two decades in senior roles at Tumu Timbers in Hawke’s Bay, Greg returned home to support and grow a local business that serves the Wairarapa community.
With a passion for building efficient, high-performing teams and a solutions-focused leadership style, Greg is dedicated to ensuring top-quality service and results for our clients.
When he’s not leading the charge at AT Roofing, you’ll find Greg on the squash court or spending quality time with his family.
We’re lucky to have him steering the ship!
Josh
Operations Manager
Josh, a Masterton local, brings years of roofing experience from both the Wairarapa and Hawke’s Bay regions. His background includes everything from new home builds and reroofs to large-scale commercial projects.
Since joining AT Roofing in January 2024, Josh has quickly become an integral part of the team. His skills and leadership have seen him step into the role of Operations Manager, helping oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
A qualified roofer, Josh is passionate about sharing his knowledge with both customers and teammates.
In his Spare time, you will often find Josh surfing or fishing with a passion for both
Dion
Project Manager
Dion has joined AT Roofing 2016 Ltd after moving to Masterton where he has bought a lifestyle block.
Dion has a long association with the building and roofing industry with the last 17 years spent specialising in membrane roofing, writing many of the technical detail papers for Viking Roofspec who specialise in supply of Membrane products to the NZ Market.
Dion has an exceptional eye for detail and brings his knowledge and experience to support the teams and clients of AT Roofing 2016 Ltd
Dion has taken some time out to work on his lifestyle block and has also walked the length of New Zealand and Ireland, a testimony to his determination. A thought many have had but few have completed.

Quiana
Administrator
Quiana joined AT Roofing as our Administrator and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Originally from Auckland, she’s now called the Wairarapa home for the past four years and loves the strong sense of community the region offers — a perfect place to raise her three young kids.
With a solid background in administration and customer service, Quiana brings a wealth of experience and a proactive approach to her role. She’s always eager to take on new challenges, up-skill, and support both the team and our clients with a can-do attitude.
Outside of work, Quiana is all about keeping active, whether it’s playing sports, hitting the gym, or pushing herself in events like half marathons, CrossFit competitions, or even taking on the HYROX challenge earlier this year. Her drive and energy are as present in the office as they are in her training!
